So I wanted to be able to say I could make Eclairs so I found a recipe online and tested it! I've made a total of 4 batches now and they don't last long. I love eclairs so I'm glad I could put this on my list of things I can do! I thought they would be a lot harder than they were and so I think it was a bit intimidating at first but now I have it down! Yum yum. So if you want an eclair come on over!!!
